If your item was brand new and you like it, then just keep it and send back any other demo items using the box. If your item is a used item we will offer the item at a discount of usually 10%-20% depending on its condition.
Dont like it?
Use our returns portal to send any items back. You’ll get £15 off per demo item as a discount code, or you can exchange the items for new items. Your hold payment will be released upon successful return of the item(s). Note: discount codes can’t be used on demo items, only new items.
